Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed Master Plumbers and Gas Fitters in both Maryland and Washington DC, fully insured, and bonded. Every technician we send to your home carries proper credentials.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes — we have live dispatchers around the clock for true plumbing emergencies like burst pipes, sewage backups, gas leaks, and total water shutoffs.
How much does a service call cost?
Our standard diagnostic dispatch fee is waived when you proceed with the recommended repair. We quote in flat-rate pricing — you'll know the cost before we start any work.
Do you work in DC, or only Maryland?
Both. We're fully licensed in both jurisdictions and our service area covers all of Montgomery, Howard, and Prince George's counties as well as the District of Columbia.
Are you Washington Gas certified?
Yes. We're a Washington Gas certified installer, which means we can pull permits and handle every aspect of gas appliance and gas line installation directly.
Do you offer financing?
We partner with FTL Finance for plumbing project financing — same-day approval on most applications, with terms that fit installs from a few hundred dollars up to a full home re-pipe.
